Drama series "Cyrano Agency" is a prequel to 2010 film "Cyrano Agency".
"Cyrano Agency" takes over the tvN Mondays & Tuesdays 23:00 time slot previously occupied by "Nine: Nine Times Time Travel".
Filming begins middle of April, 2013. Release will be in May 2013.
The theme of the story is something that everyone wants when they have trouble in their love life. And that is to hire someone who can take their minds off the difficulties for a while.
So this agency is a team of theatrical troupe formed by Seo Byung-Hoon (Lee Jong-Hyuk). He was considered a genius in his theatrical career. But he forms the agency after the demise of his best friend for which he finds himself guilty.
Kong Min-Young (Sooyoung) is a romanticist. She is a member of the agency. Continually facing conflicts with Seo Byung-Hoon due to extremes of their personalities.
Cha Seung-Pyo (Lee Chun-Hee) is a man of mystery. He is the chef of his own restaurant, which resides next to this agency.
So lets see whether the drama is able to recreate the magic that this sleeper hit movie did.
This is the same movie which bagged 5 new actress awards for Lee Min Jung. She too is set to come in a new drama titled 'All About My Romance'.
